Acequia privacy policy

Acequia is a puzzle game made by Nil Studio. It has no accounts, shows no advertisements and doesn’t track you. How you play stays on your device.

Your gardens and settings

Your progress through the gardens, your Sound and Haptics settings, and a note that you have made the purchase are stored on your device. Acequia doesn’t send your progress, your moves or anything about how you play to Nil Studio or to anyone else.

Purchases and RevenueCat

Apple processes the in-app purchase. Acequia uses RevenueCat, a purchase service, to show the purchase, confirm it and restore it. For that, RevenueCat receives the purchase record from Apple, an anonymous app user ID created by the app, and technical information needed to provide the service, such as the app’s version and the device’s operating system. The anonymous ID isn’t linked to your name, email address or Apple Account. We use this information only to provide and restore your purchase and to count purchases. We never receive your payment details.

No ads, no tracking

Acequia contains no advertising and no analytics. It doesn’t use Apple’s advertising identifier, doesn’t measure ad campaigns, and doesn’t track you across other companies’ apps or websites.

Children

Acequia asks no one for personal information, children included.

If you contact us

If you email us, we use your email address and what you write to answer you and look into your question. Please don’t send passwords or payment details.

Keeping and deleting information

What Acequia stores on your device stays there until you delete the app. Purchase records may need to be kept to restore your purchase, prevent fraud or meet legal obligations; RevenueCat’s and Apple’s policies describe how long they keep theirs.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, at support@madebynil.com. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights over your personal information.
